Wierd question though,SWIM would like to get 'rid off' Tramadol Serotonin and Norepinephrine effects.Tramadol gives SWIM the 'opiate felling' but also stifness, like he is on Clenbuterol,Ephedrine or something..
Any ideas?

Re: Ways to reduce Tramadol SNRI's effects

So SWIY would like to some how git rid of certain effects from certain drugs on certain neurotransmitters? His best bet would be to find different drugs.

Re: Ways to reduce Tramadol SNRI's effects

Some people claim that spacing out the doses has that effect. Use the search engine for more information.

Par is right, the easy (virtual) way to accomplish what you want, is to space the dosage, and chip small amts every 20-30 minutes, over a couple hours at least - theory being that your undesirable effects are shorter lasting than the opioid ones. There is one other way. Separate the +/- anantiomers with tartaric acid (beer supply store) and ethanol (Everclear/liquer store). The info is on the web if there is a will (think patent). In this way, one can seperate the enantiomer mostly responsible for the SNRI effects, but hardly responsible for the opioid effects. Of course, this same desirable enantiomer is the desirable pro-drug to be converted to its desmethyl analog.
