Mallinckrodt and ETHEX 8mg Hydromorphone

SWIM has both and doesnt know whats the difference or if theres any special things to know about either brand. SWIM would think the ETHEX being the smallest would be best for IV but SWIM and his clients usually insufflate. half have said the smaller ETHEX are just as good as the triangular 8s. others ahve said they dont hit as sweet.

swim has done heroin for a long time and loved the rush he used to get but of course eventually got a terrible physical habit and got on suboxone. swims been on it for almost a year. anyways swim is getting off it now and using short acting opioids to get addicted to them and have a much shorter withdrawal. anyways the first opioids swim got for starting this (which was just a few days ago) was dilaudid (hydromorphone) and had never done them before in his life, but has done just about every other opioid there is besides fentanyl. swim got the white mallinckrodt 4mg pills. he snorted two of them and it did hardly anything to relieve withdrawals. swim would have done more but had to make them last as long as possible. so when the evening came around, he took 2 of them, crushed them into completely fine powder, put them in the spoon with water and stirred, and a very decent amount dissolved which was good, swim put in the cotton and sucked it up through his syringe. the liquid was almost completely clear which was great too. well swim eventually hit a vein and..... WOW. swim didn't even push the plunger all the way in before he was BLASTED! this was by far the best pharmaceutical opioid swim has ever injected, which includes oxycodone, hydrocodone, morphine, and probably a few others. all of those really sucked. nothing compared to heroin. but this hydromorphone was incredible! right on par with heroin. heroin always takes a good 15 seconds after being fully pushed in the vein to feel it, but not hydromorphone. it was fucking incredible. sorry swim can't give input on other hydromorphone pills as this was the first time ever doing them. but damn they were good. the verdict is, snorting blows ass, intravenous injection is completely, 100% incredible. swim really, really, recommends banging these, that is if swiy has iv'ed before. if swiy doesn't ever iv then now is probably not the time to start. anyways if swiy is looking to inject, these babys are priceless. just swims two cents. oh yeah btw swim isn't really advising injecting pills as it isn't a good practice but these really do dissolve really well and the liquid pretty much comes out clear. almost as if they were meant to inject. so with these it's kind of hard to object to injection. but other pills like oxycontin and morphine are a no no as they don't do well with injection and they blow ass that way anyways. hope this has been of some help.

SWIM has had hydromorphone IV when he had an injury in the hospital and i totally agree with everything you said. dilaudid IV is GODLY. SWIM tho will never IV outside of a medical facility so when he has his dilaudids he insufflates 16-32mg and is in a goooood place.

I am just wondering about the difference because SWIM has gotten 3 kinda of 8mgs. the ETHEX brand are soooooo small compared to the M 8 triangles. SWIM has heard when given that some people have said the ETHEX dont hit as good but others have said they hit great and they love the size because of how little they have to take. so SWIM is just looking for opinions on the different brands mainly the 2 brands SWIM has.
