What happens to the weed after you've recieved it is your responsibility, no matter what the cost. Why, have you been busted? If you know your dealer well and have a good relationship with him he might cut you some slack, but in general he'll want his money back, of course. This is his business, and if he gets caught, his dealer won't cut him any slack either. Why do you ask, this seems like a strange question...

This is a really vauge question. Did you even think about it for a
second and put yourself in the dealers position? Would you want your
15k back if that was yours? Is your dealer a friend of yours or what?

well heres the story a guy I know has connections and he asked me if I could find some buyers, well I did. He kept tryin to push more weight on us but we are small timers after a couple of weeks of smooth business almost 70k, my homie gotnabbed by the cops Now I am in debt and do not have the funds to pay and do not know what to do. His dealer is very upset with him and obviosly wants his money but the cops got the stash and therefore i am screwed

I guess he should be a little more understanding. Of course, he should have his money back, but if one of you was busted with the stash he should realize he won't get it right away. A good idea would be ta talk to him face to face and make your situation clear, it would also give him a chance to air his concerns. If you try to hide from or avoid him you're inviting disaster, pushers take that sort of thing very personally.

If the guy was pushing this on you and your friend, without you really asking for it, he shares some of the responsibility, then I would consider it a kind of joint operation. This doesn't necessarilly mean you don't have to pay, but the guy should be somewhat sympathetic towards your situation.

Unfortunately, some pushers are scum, and have some serious mental issues. If you've run into the wrong kind he will shove the problem over on you and try different sort of threats to make you pay. If this is the case, you have a problem. But like I said, meet him face to face and explain the situation, if he doesn't care that your friend got busted and understands that this is one of the risks when you let people borrow dope, he's an idiot and an asshole and you should be careful. I really don't know how to handle a situation like that.

Welcome to reallity.

If the guy's a crazy asshole, there's always lonesharks... But it might
be a worse idea to have a loneshark or your back than a crazy dealer,
so forgett about it.

Plan B.

Make him understand that he won't get much money by kiling you or
cutting off your members. Sell anything you've got that's worth $2 or
more. Ask your relatives for money. Get as close to the number as you
can, if you can't get the entire amount, don't worry, you'll use it for
negotiation.

Say you get 7k, you make a deal to pay him 5k [don't offer the 5k right
away, but rather take the negotiation towards there] and for him to
sell you 2k on dope [you might wanna deal something like coke, so you
can cut it down a bit, just hope you don't get caught]so you can work
for the rest of the money. Don't let him push you around on the
interest rate, by now he knows that killing you ain't good for
bussinness. You'll probably end up death or in jail in the long run, so
you've got nothing to losse.

PLAN C.

Get all the money you can, pay him all you can. Get a real job, pay him
back. This will take a while, so it's important that you don't give him
too much of an interest on it. As soon as you can, get a debt from the
bank, tell them It's for a car. It's better to owe money to the bank
Why? 1. they won't break your legs, they'll just take you to court -
not a problem if you move to a different state

2. you might actually have a chance of paying them back some day.

This is a far more sane plan.

If you can, by any means, get the money from a more legal source, DO
IT. It might be your last chance to get out of this bussinness.
