MDMA , MDEA , MDA

Never (knowingly) taken MDA. I once had a pill that was confirmed to bepure MDEA and for me the differences from MDMA werequite distinct.


MDMA: Come up from 40 mins to 1 hour, very 'lovedup', thought processes a bit blurred.


MDEA: Come up after 15mins (which for me is now the way I can always tell MDEA pills), not particularly 'loved up' more stoned, thought processes actually quite clear even though I'm stoned.


I actually really like MDEA because although it's not so 'feel good',the clarity of thought often means I can explore and learn things that wouldn't be possible on MDMA.Edited by: prospero

For what its worth, SWIM does test all the pills before use and has not had MDMA in over 16 months now, almost everything he has taken has been MDA.


He has basically given up on E now since it seems so hard to find good pills.


Bring back the good old days where you could get a pill with 120+mg or MDMA.Edited by: fuzzymofo

Really, that surprises me in the UK - SWIM last ten or so different
pills have been tested and been MDxx (and proven MDMA upon eating),
with no MDA.

Most of the street pills are mixed with drugs other than MDA/MDMA unless you know a reliable source. It is surprising that you can get pure MDA but not MDMA.


Some people prefers MDA over MDMA as the high is more intense and it lasts longer (almost twice as long). However, SWIM can not testify this as SWIM has never knowingly taken any pure MDA and he does not has an elaborate test kits that can distinguish MDA from MDMA. Simple reagent can not distinguish this because both MDA and MDMA are synthesized from the same precursor.

I personaly like mda, but mdma if im rolling withfriends of mine. NowI have some friends (specificaly girls) who want to try x forthe first time and I think mdma would be alot better for them, since the whole "loved up" feeling seems to be more of what they like,they didnt likeshrooms too much...but right now the pillsI can get are mda...guess ill just wait till he gets a new batch.
