Speed - Fresh/Moist or Dry? Does this make a difference?

Hello,

My friend has a couple of grams of good quality base speed and would like to know if there is any difference in quality when the speed is dry, or when it is moist and putty like.

My friend would, if there's no quality difference, prefer to dry it out so that it can be cut into lines (hard to do when it's moist, sticks to your card)

Would doing this lessen the quality/alter the effects?

If so, is there any way to moisten the speed?

swiy sounds very optimistic and ready to go; don't make a foolish mistake, don't do it at all, swiy sounds consumed as is rest.

swiy shouldn't be snorting base amphetamine unless swiy wants a completely ****** up nose, one that bleeds, irritates and should taste nasty at the back of swiy throat
nose can appear red & puffy with the whole snorting base thing too. swim has been & seen etc.
will have one million impure things up it, not to mention wet sticky chemicals out the kitchen or dealers bathroom....

if swiy chooses to let it dry out and the swiy snorts it, it will be MUCH better than if swiy snorts "fresh" base.

a dealer will tell swiy that it is best fresh cos they need regular customers for their pocket or feed their habit etc

Swim has always let it dry out before snorting it, as you can't cut a line if it's wet!

Swim has always snorted it though if possible? Whenever Swim has done this, or been with others that have done this, it's always been fine?

Swim is in the south east of england

Swim was just wondering if the quality was effected but yeah.. Swim will dry out his base in future as per, Swim just thought he might be affecting the quality.

Oh and Swim is aware that it can harm your nose, the same as snorting any amphetamine, but thankyou, Swim doesn't do it too often mind.

The Base Swim gets is a bit wet , when he dry it out it goes hard and the is no way it could be sniffed all you can do is roll it up into a wee ball and neck it
