Alcohol (in)Tolerance?

I have been drinking for about the past 7 years and drinking a couple
times a week for the last two years. Lately I have been getting really sick
in the morning everytime I drink, (even when i dont drink really cheap
liquor) when I felt fine the night before.
I was wondering if something is wrong with me or if anyone ever had
similar experiences after drinking for a long time?

Your stomach linning is probley getting thin or maby its finally time for your hang overs to start. Sometimes hangovers take a LONG time to finally kick in. Try drinking lots of water or evern better dont drink liquor straight. Hope this helps.

A couple of options..

1) Stop drinking for a while, and give your system a detox. Alcohol puts a lot of strain on your liver and kidneys, which are responsible for filtering and cleaning out toxins, never mind what it's doing to your stomach!

2) Find a drink that doesn't make you puke in the morning and stick to it. This can take some time and experimentation, but is worth it. Know what works, and know when to stop for a while, and you'll be o.k..

Either way, remember to drink some water every now and again. Headache and nausea are classic symptoms of dehydration, and that after all is most of the hangover.Lemonade is good as well - you might get some funny looks, but you'll feel a lot better in the morning!

Also. find a vitamin B complex supplement, the stronger the better, and take it regularly.Vitamin B is responsible for everything from your mood to your liver function to a healthy nervous and digestive system, and many points in between, and most people, especially drinkers, are deficient in it.

If all else fails, and it's really worrying you, go and see a doctor.

I think I am going to stop drinking until spring break but as for the rest of
the comments I think i do take a vitamin b supplement, and i know to
drink water and Its been with different drinks that I used to be good with.
Thanks for you commetns though.

Sometimes its good to take breaks from different drugs and let your body
filter I guess so your right mickle.

Thanks again.

hang overs suck I found that eating a good meal and drinking plenty of water before you drink, is a good way to prevent them. Also try "chaser" the little tablets. They don't work for everyone, for me they don't but forsomeof my friendsthey do.

I had been eating meals and taking some headache medicine but never
"chaser."
I have been getting better lately...I just stopped drinking as much and
less often.
