Red Rock's has been prescribed 70mg of adderall a day in the past plus everyone has a different lethal dose. Also, where did this 58mg lethal dosage fact come from?

swim might just be incredibly cynical but the thinks the article SUGESTS this not even prove this to in some way deter recreational use of adderal. 58 mg is a number that makes u think they did like some hadcore math ot jsut a hypothesis. i mean regardless swim thinks that estimeate is total bunk. it is far from lethal and had msot could sjut cause cns stress in somone who is healthyl and 140lb.

An undocumented "wiki-answer" is hardly a valid source.

The fact that you can legally be prescribed 60mg of adderall would be a hell of a good indication that there is something very wrong here.

Now this does not take into account tolerance. In pills-a-go-go by Jim Hogshire, we read

California criminologist Dr. Roger C. Smith who found people mainlining speed in amounts as large as 15,000mg in the course of a day, and he discovered that people could easily withstand intravenous injects of 400 and 500 mg, even if they've never took the drug before

So it looks like the "wiki" missed out on the "per kilogram" part of the equation, though that figure is still rather low when it comes to lethality.


Nobody has been a lifelong user of adderall, generally prefer 30-40mg a day, broken up over the course of a few hours in the morning. Nobody rarely take the stuff much later then 3pm unless they don't plan on sleeping till the wee hours of the morning. If they do desire the effects but want to sleep, they will grind and inhale 5-15mg, though they do not make a habit of this. Nobody can't really stomach more then 60mgs of the stuff at a time.

A friend, used to come and help nobody with some cash in exchange for goods, discovered one day he had a bit of an issue going on. It was probably 10pm, he had to go back to his parents house for the night and leave first thing in the morning for a 6 hour drive to school. He tosses back 80mg of the stuff like it was nothing and remarks how he's off to bed. Turns out he had a pretty severe stimulant habit going and would take what ever he could for upkeep, thankfully he got himself cleaned up and friendship has been maintained.

Swim just got rx'ed addy 7.5 ir generics, to do rectally for better bioavailability swim would just cram the pills up his ass, or is there some type of prep needed? Would swim have to do an enema first to clear out some room for the pills? Swim would hate to just shit them right back out as retrieving them might be a bit tricky and swim hates to waste things. lol.

the 700mg story was just told to SWIM by a friend that is perscribed, so the person probably has a high tolerance. SWIM does know several people personally who weekly use 200+ (sometimes 250) at once, not over a course of a night, recreactionally. SWIM never uses more that 60 in one sitting, normally doing 20, but over a course of a night SWIM average is 80-100.

SWIM usually takes upwards of 250mg XR in a 18hr period, maybe 90mg in an initial dose followed by 60mg every 3hrs or so. SWIM has been taking it for apx. 3 years once or twice a week.

SWIM usually takes 60-80 when studying...100-180, maybe 200 when taken in combination w/ alcohol. Combination of nasal/oral ingestion. SWIM can't get until SWIM's friend fills his prescription, though. Sad.

Swim isn't a huge fan of uppers in general but when he does indulge in the amphetamines it is usually in the form of 5 or 10 mg Dextrostats (straight dextroamphetamine hydrochloride, unlike adderalls different amph. salts.). Swim is pretty sure these things are the same as Dexedrine. They give swim a much better euphoria the Adderall does. Anyways on to the dosage.

Depending on how long swim wants to get jacked his dosage is usually something like a starter dosage of 25-30 mg orally, followed by 5 mg intranasally every 20-40 minutes until he wants to start to come down. The most swim ever did was 100 mg over 12 hours with no tolerance. Funny story with that one. He started at midnight and went til noon the next day then finally smoked a blunt and got so ridiculously high. Like that weed+upper kind of speedball that feels so good. Anyways later that night he went to hid buddy's garage that night around 8 or 9 and smoked a quarter of mids with four heads until they left around midnight. So swim is standing outside leaning up against his buddies car waiting for him to get done pissing, and all of the sudden he looks at his shadow on the garage door and it is dancing around. Like kicking legs and swaying arms and jumping. So swim looks down at himself and realize he's not moving and freaks out for a minute before he realizes that the ganj on top of the 12 hour dex binge and mild sleep deprivation probably led to the crazy hallucinations. Anyhow, swim continued to see all kinds of weird shit. Like stuff in his peripheral vision and shadows moving and shit.
