PCM/Asprine etc + CWE Stomach Problems?

this is about sideeffects after doing a CWE on a codeine combination, with pcm and such. many reports are about liver problems or avoiding them by doing a CWE, which works most of the time, but i havent heard anything about stomach problems yet.

has anyone ever experiences any problems with his stomach? what would it feel like to SWIY? and what should SWIY do? and what dosage are "safe" on the stomach?

SWIM once took 30 capsules of 10mg codein / 300mg pcm (+8mg chlorfeniramin anit-histaminik), after doing cwe. he had no problem whatsoever with his liver (as far as he knows) but felt a slight irritation in his stomach over the next to days (not all the time, rather sometimes, when he "concentrated on it" or was not otherwise occupied. there might have been a different reason for it though, he is also not sure about the anti-histaminika.
