Well if your are buying it from a head shop then there should be no reason to lie and really if they did they would be breaking the law and you could seek legal reprocautions. If on the other hand you're buying it from the street (I don't know why anyone would) then I suppose the best way would be if the deal your getting is to good to be true, then it probably is. For the most part, those who do not feel the effects of salvia is because the plant is to smart for you. If you are not ready to work towards an experience and if you are not of proper mind, it won't work.
