ISP monitoring and D-F
Hey,
Swim has heard some things about the US setting up new systems that flag out certain words and get humans to review what data you send over the internet to catch not only terrorists, but all sorts of other people... including people talking on sites like these. Swim has become very, very paranoid and has started using tor exclusively to visit the forum. Is swim's paranoia "warrant"ed? Does the US actually have this kind of sophisticated monitoring software set up and are they actually using them to catch the innocent?
