Preparing ayahuasca...combine chacruna etc., and ayahuasca, or brew separate

SWIM was wondering. Do the SWIY's brew the chacruna, jurema, challiponga, etc., together with the ayahuasca vine (banisteriopsis), or do the SWIY's brew separately. SWIM sees a ritualistic purpose in brewing together, but, from what SWIM has read, the MAOI beta carboline harmala alkaloids melt at a much higher temperature than DMT, suggesting they should be brewed speparatly at their respective different temperatures.
