my friend told me once that you take everything one day at a time!
If you set baby steps as goals then before you know it you've walked miles! Be safe and hope everything gets better. I am one who totally agrees there is nothing worse then feeling like you have wasted money. I have several addictions Cigarettes, Alcohol, and even coffee. My friend SWIM has several other much more intimidating addictions and what not, but we both agree that there is nothing worse then feeling like you waste money regardless of what it's on.
