Health - Marijuana on Medical Forms? Help!

SWIM has to go to the hospital for a sleep test because the doctors think she has sleep apnea (when you stop breathing in your sleep). On the forms the hospital sent they ask if SWIM has ever done drugs for recreational use. SWIM has done LSD, Mushrooms, Opium, Coke, and Marijuana. She's not so worried about the first 4 drugs because she only does them once in a while. However, she smokes marijuana every day.

SWIM has heard that if you put anywhere on medical forms that you have done illegal drugs before that in the future you'll have problems getting medical insurance because the insurance companies know that you've done drugs. (SWIM is also worried that the hospital will inform the cops-but she thinks it’s just her being super paranoid).

However she thinks that maybe smoking so much marijuana in the last few months (smoking about a 1/4-1/2 oz a week) has cause her to develop sleep apnea....so the question is, even though -maybe- her drug use has lead to the sleeping disorder, however, is it safer to not put on her medical forms that she has done drugs?

Any input? She goes for her test on the 24th of this month.
