A couple nights ago this dude i know had a big problem when he smoked weed. There is a bit of a backstory for this dude. First of all, dude had not smoked weed in about a week and a half. Dude smokes about 2-3 times a week average, but had just taken a break from 2 weeks of daily smoking. Dude had also had surgery 4 days prior, and was still recovering. (dude went under anesthesia) Dude was on painkillers (hydrocodone or 'vicodin') and taking them as prescribed. He had smoked before while on the same painkillers with no bad effects. (was still hydrocodone, but from a different pharmaceutical company)Dude was smoking out of a glass pipe that had been stored in a plastic bag in his trunk for the past month, not being used. Here is what happened to dude...

Dude bought an eighth from his dealer. Good, california weed, $50 for the eighth. Dude smoked a medium size bowl by himself and felt high. Dude was feeling very good up until about 45 min after he smoked. Dude started to notice a really weird body high, like one he had never experienced before. Soon, his tooth started to hurt very bad and he thought he was getting a toothache. However, after about 20 min this pain went away, but then he started getting pain in random parts of his body. Dude was also having a sort of muscle spasms in his arms and legs. Dude's mind was still clear (just the same as when normally high), but he was having some auditory hallucinations. Someone knocked on his door regularly, but to him it seemed like a very hard pounding. He was convinced it was the cops and flushed the bag of weed down the toilet. Of course it was not the cops, just a friend saying high. After the friend left dude's heart soon began to beat really hard and fast, painfully so. Not long after that dude's vision became blurry and he could not focus on some things. Dude decided it was best to try to sleep it off, so he went to bed. Aside from waking up once for 15 minutes, Dude slept for 14 hours.

My first thought was that dude smoked weed laced with pcp, but dude bought the weed from his good friend who swears by the bag. Dude has bought from this dealer for over a year and never had problems. Dealer says he smoked the same weed and had no problems, and dude trusts dealer. What could have caused dude's reaction? The pot? The piece? The painkillers? Dude is very curious, because he almost beat the shit out of the dealer for it. Can anyone help this dude?
