Crystal methamphetamine & Valium

ok i've only done meth twice before, since its hard for me to find. well i just got some ice today and after doing a little i felt very anxious/nervous. don't get me wrong i enjoyed it and it was great, but i had this kinda uneasy/on edge feeling. is this common? well i was thinking if i took a small amount of valium after doing a line,i could get rid of the anxiety, but i'd still have lots of energy from the meth. anyone taken these together? would this just make me tired and not enjoy the meth or could it help ease my nervousness? -K

def. dangerous at high doses of both @ the same time but use benzo's
all the time while on meth (esp valium) dont get that great a high off
the valium but will lower your anxiety. i have never had a benzo or
sleeping pill bring my energy down while spun unless im trying to over
do it to crash (not safe)

It is very hard on the ticker.

Valium is great to "come down" and relax. But wait at least 2
hours after taking the meth. But taking it together... Stop taking
meth.
