Wow, Never thought I'd stumble upon a news report from the very kava bar I frequent. That place has such a relaxing non-judgmental atmosphere.

I suppose I can see how it can become habit forming after regular use, I've found that over-time I've gotten a reverse tolerance and only require a minimal amount of shells to feel the effects strongly.

Being in hawaii SWIM has tried this nasty ass drink. Its not that bad if one gets used to it but tastes really earthy in a bad way. Good stimulating effects though.
