How would someone use stems and if they are usable would someone need a lot?

SWIM saves up his stems, even though its taking him a while to have a good amount (about 2.4g's in weight right now lol, while he wants about 7g's) he plans to make a good amount of greendragon.

SWIM use to cut it into very small pieces and mix it to the soil trying the reproduce what happens in nature. Don't really know if it makes any difference though.

Well, SWIM supposes that technically, SWIY can smoke them too. Desperation must have set in by that point though.

If SWIY smokes a lot of weed, SWIY can save his stems for some stem hash. SWIM says you need a lot of stems though, and it's best to use some bud in making the hash (alcohol method). Since the THC content of stems is rather low, the hash isn't that good, but it's comparable to decent herb.

Because the THC, CBN, and CBD contents in stem matter are incredibly low, as the vast majority of the original cannabinoids have been oxidized to less lipophillic and less (if at all) active analogues. Stem hash is mostly made up of plant matter and calyxe/stalactite powder (which look like kif, especially in desperation). Eating stems usually results in an itchy throat (thanks to the calyxes and stalactites) and a placebo (at best) buzz. Smoking may result in a light-headed CO2 intoxication, but the resin to plant matter ratio is really not conducive to ingestion. Make some rope.

Can either one of you provide evidence that chewing on stems provides "relaxation" through psychoactivity and not a placebo effect? The low solubility of cannabinoids in water prevents cannabis from being absorbed easily sublingually without an aid to open up the blood stream, this is why one cannot chew cannabis like chewing tobacco and receive a sufficient inebriation.

In the past swim has saved up his stems for honey oil, but found it to be a waste of time. from approx 1oz stems he got about a spliff or to of oil and needed to smoke the whole lot to get even a slight buzz. the one advantage of doing that is the smell of fresh BHO. nothing compares.

swimhas and stilldoes use stems for both honeyoil and cooking purposes...some of swims stems are covered in trichomes and some even have small bud like matter attached...but they are still STEMS!!!
They seem to workfine for me,although granted im not usually using just stems...and those that iuse are the smaller 1s with trichomes and not the main thick stems!!!!

anyway they do seem to work...

any literature or scientific evidence in regards to THC content on/in stems would be interesting....!!!!

swim has made green dragon with several grams of stems before plenty of times and has never been disapointed. That said, swim would other wise do nothing with them, so he has no idea if there is something better to do

I personally would take them and brew up some tea. You will get a good high from it if you do it right.

SWIM saves his stems and makes this on a regular basis. He also uses actual herb to "toughen" it up a bit. SWIM says it always comes through in hard times.

SWIM chews them while grinding or rolling, or in other situations where he might chew gum, however you get a strange look if you kiss anyone soon after doing so.

Chewing them has never got SWIM high, but has sometimes given SWIM a numb tongue
