Heroin Drug test question

SWIM hadn't used heroin for close to two years, then recently used for about a week (~2 shots/day). SWIM didn't use for at least 7 days. Thursday the 11th, SWIM did one shot at 11PM. SWIM has been drinking 4 20 ounce glasses of water a day and excercising. SWIM has to take a UA on Monday afternoon, so about 3.5 days after using.

SWIM has been researching on the internet and keeps finding conflicting info. Many sites say 1-2 days. Some sites say 1-4 days. Some personal stories say up to 11 days.

Anybody know FOR SURE if it is up to 2 days or is it closer to 4 days?
