Sexual - Blue Balls (Unable to orgasm on SSRI)

Does anyone out there get blue balls from taking SSRIs(specifically paxil). I have been taking paxil for about 1.5 years now and ever since I started taking it I noticed blue balls as a side effect. It would only happen AFTER I took the paxil though. But at the same time, I could not orgasm. Does anyone else suffer from this painful problem?

SWIM feels your pain. SWIM was on Paxil for 2 years and had the same problem. He could acutally ejaculate but it took waaaaay too much effort. The whole 6 months SWIM was with a girl on Paxil, he only ejaculated 1 time from sex. Anyway, did you try asking SWIY's doc. about Buspar(Busparone)? Some people claim that taking Buspar will actually reverse the sexual side effects of SSRI's. Normally Buspar is used for anxiety and really is a useless drug (because it does pretty much nothing IMO) but I would give it a try if it has worked for some people in eliminating sexual side effects.
