Salvia Divinorum - Should SWIM be Worried?

hello everyone,

my friend lets call him "friend", was nice enough to give SWIM 20 dollars in so that SWIM would have enought money to buy salvia, in exchange SWIM shared 1 ounce of divinorum plain leaves with "friend", SWIM thought SWIM could trust "friend" to keep it quite where he got it from, but "friend" took the fact that the drug is "legal" too literally and shot his mouth off to every person who asked. now SWIM has to deal with hordes of achne rittled teenagers from SWIMS school who all want to purchase salvia divinorum off of SWIM.
SWIM is in his final year at his school, after being held back a year because of a teachers union strike.
SWIM is worried that the rumours of me selling this will reach the faculty and SWIM will be Suspended or Expelled or even Arrested/Prosecuted?



If the teachers find out SWIM Has Salvia can they get SWIM in Trouble?

does anyone have any links to laws about: possession, traficking and use of salvia divinorum in B.C. Canada?

Note:
SWIM cannot keep his salvia at his home, and thus is forced to keep it in his locker in several layers of airtight bags and jars to hide the wonderfull smell.

SWIM has not sold a single milligram to anyone, nor do they plan to. SWIM only Shared with close friends and not told a sole that they have it (other then close friends)
