GBL possession
So the other day Swim was putting some groceries into his car. While doing so 2 cop cars came flying up to them. An off duty officer had intuition that Swim and his friend were up to something. Well after countless disregard of many police procedures, they searched the vehicle illegally. They happend to find a 20L pail of solution seal closed. They was suspission of an amphetamine lab in the area so they thought that the articles in the vehicle were for that. Well after many hours they gave up and released Swim and his friend. The rental car along with everything in it was towed to the police. My question is, will everything still be in the car. Technically there wasn't anything illegal in the vehicle. In Canada is it illegal to possess GBL? Thanks so much for any input you may have regarding Swim and his friend.
