Im a new guy, from Norway Anyways.. just curious.. i've been fascinated about marijuanafor a long time now and i really wanna try it out.I just have som questions for you that have beensmoking one time or more..Is it dangerous in any way to smoke a joint?Its many different opinions about this..I really like to know..And when you're high, how is it like? Can it be comparedto being drunk @ alcohol?I like in Norway as mentioned so ofcourse its illegal here as most other places in the world. )Edited by: BA

It's not dangerous to smoke a joint, depending whats in it.

If you get proper marijuana then you'll be grand. Keep an eye out for good weed or bud going around. Stay clear of soap hash, it's cheap and crap.

You can't compare being high to being drunk. It's so much different and better. You can interact more plus it's easier to get away with being stoned when at home then it is when your legless from alchohal.

being high is really hard to explain, but you can still act normal and do things, you just have way more fun. you'll laugh alot, get relaxed and music is great. smokin a joint wont hurt ya, now maybe after a while like a couple yrs of smokin alot..but a joint?its worth a try to me. and if u dont get high your first couple time dont give up it may take a lil while to learn to do it right..but in the end its fun as hell.

The only dangerous thing I can think of smoking a joint would be if you do it way too much, considering excessive smoke is always not too good for the lungs. When you are high it is a lot of fun, you will want to eat a ton, you will feel very very relaxed, and you will feel very tired, and will get red, chinky eyes. Being stoned is not like being drunk, basically everything D.U.M.B. said. So blaze a J, its all good.

have you ever had a bad flu and taken tylenol and you get all drowsy and groggy? its like that, only more intense, and you dont feel sick like with a flu. the first thing you will notice, is you're muscles will tingy, sometimes you're leg will move up and down. when it kicks in, you'll most definetly panic, and be like what-in-the-hell-is-going-on....you'll forget what you were previously doing, and be happy, etc. when you eat something, you will be able to feel you're teeth like they are 20 times bigger. by the way, it took me 4 times of smoking a gram each to get high.

I been smoking a while now - id say it was like being a
character out of somebodys dream, here on earth. And I can
say, im stoned right this very second....

Just make sure not to mix it with anything & nothing
bad should happen. It's a bit difficult to describe what being high is
liek because you never have that feeling naturally, hence the point of
smoking anyway. Being high is different from being drunk so you can't
really compare the two, but it's definitely easier to act not
intoxicated when you're equally fucked up on pot than on alcohol.</font>

Why is it so hard to get high the first few times? I tried my first time
earlier tody from my friend's pipe. I didn't know I had to hold my
finger over the hole. I assumed I inhaled a lot of ash smoke. My
chest filled filled, but that was probably because it was my first time.
Should I try again for the high?

I would say that being high is like being a totatly different person you can be in a bad mood, smoke a blunt and watch tv and laugh and you feel like you can do anything and when u eat ive eaten ramon noodles with pickle juice and ketchup in it before sounds nasty now but when i was high i said to my friend this is the best food ever man he was like i know why didnt you think of this earlier this is the best tasting food ive ever eat but i couldnt bring myself to eat it not high it was just nasty lookin lol and one time i was high on weed and zaneys and i looked at my car and i said i can drive that mother f'cker anywere this ride was built for me and me only lol but dont drive and people say u cant overdose on weed well my friend proved that you can if he smokes to much he will throw up and feel real bad i dont but i have noticed that i have to controll how much he smokes so we can both have a good time other wise he will be sick and throwing up and then after about a hour he will pass out werever hes at. So just like anything else start low with good weed, try good weed u can smell the difference in it and i dunno why u dont get high the first time but if u smoke a fire joint by urself i think u should and a joint shouldnt be to much for anybody i dont think the worst that will happen is u will go to sleep, Thanks, Payce

Well, its really hard to explain, but being high is like being really
tired, and drinking 3 shots of wiskey. You feel warm, comfortable,
unable to concentrate and really good.



But the thing about weed is, you cant go on one person's opinion on
what highness is like. One of my friends says it makes him really hyper
and dumb, another said that it makes him laugh like crazy and
concentrate well on tests and homework and such. The effects are all
depending on the person.



As for you not getting high on the first time, dont feel bad about it.
Ive smoked up my friends for their first times and none of them felt
it. After 4 or 5 times smoking, they feel it. Just smoke some more and
you will get it, and when you do, more power to ya man, cause your high

Unless you're medicated, then there shouldn't be any problems from smoking a J.

Start smoking sober, don't mix it with alcohol.

You shouldn't operate any heavy machinery or drive your car for a while
afterwards, so just make sure you can chill and enjoy the ride for a
couple of hours.



Put on some Bob Marley, and spark it up!



Ohh yeah, you might wanna have some pizza at hand, and some nachos, and
some chocolate [gotta have chocolate], and gummy bears.... and some
pineapple juice... and maybe some popcorn in case you feel like
watching tv...

before i ever smoked weed i used to think the same way, i thought that maybe its a bad idea because it might be dangerous, but after i smoked once, it became obvious that it is harmless and that i'm not going to get fucked up from smoking herb. now i smoke almost everyday and still feel the same as before i began
