help on arrest technicalitities
i was busted at college selling weed but when the cop issues me a ticket he told me i was only going to court for acid posession and issued me a ticket to appear for possessions on a controlled substance. when i got there i was charged with selling weed which i was never issued an appearance ticket for though i did admit to the cop who told me he'd keep it in school but didnt. i ve been told that someone in the same situation before got out of the additional charges and only got in trouble for the offense originally isseud, is this true?
