Cocaine overdose, which can cause seizures, cardiac arrest and death are most directly related to the cocaine serum level in the blood, as well as the general and cardiac health of the user.
That said, any MOA can cause an overdose leading to severe and unintended consequences. Crack smokers and IV users are more likely to overdose, however, because of the rate that smoked or injected cocaine can be absorbed into the bloodstream. Be safe, FC
