Question 2C-E legal?
Hi,
Swim has been wondering about 2C-E for a while now. wiki says that it looks really good and Swim wants to learn more about himself. i was just curious to know (for the purpose of telling swim) is 2C-E legal to buy if a vendor is found? Swim has found a vendor and knows it is legit, but doesnt want to be prosecuted, or taken into custody when the package arrives. oh and if it makes a difference swim lives in colorado... i cant find anything on the laws of this stuff so PLEASE i need to help swim out

it is not legal for human consumption! it is legal for plant research i have been told that its sold as plant food but i dont know for sure?! checkout erowid for more info on rc laws!

I think that you cannot be charged for possession of 2C-E as it is an analogue that is not listed as a Class-A illegal substance. I have also heard some great stuff about this!

In Swims state Florida it is not illegal except if it is packaged or sold for human consumption or in quanities larger than 9.8 grams. Anything larger than 9.8 grams turns into some sort of trafficing/Intent charge.

In the states at least- SWIM would NEVER consider any RC "legal". Besides the analogue act, ANY substance that could get SWIY high could also get SWIY arrested. Never mind if SWIY isn't convicted- SWIY has still entered "the system", and had to deal with all that entails.
Cops don't like drug users- and they have a radar for them just like swim/swiy does .

Legal grey areas are no place to swim.
