Would you suggest the premium kratom powder, or the actual leafs. Im afraid that the premium might just be the leaf ground up really really good. lol

I havent found anything about people taking kratom straight without making a brew. Is their any drawbacks to taking the kratom premium powder straight before I waste my first supply.
