Any recommendations on a "light" dose of Ayahuasca

Swim wants to try Ayahuasca for a first time and is wondering if anyone has experimented with a lighter, more recreational dose of the brew? Or

Unfortunately, the vast variability in DMT content of mimosa and chacruna make accurate dosing difficult. Accordingly, many people enter the 'trip' with an expectation for intensity, and the MAOI allows endogenous chemistry to bring this intensity to complete fruition.

Swim has found that lighter doses of Ayahuasca are perhaps more 'pliable' or 'workable', but would not consider them appropriate for recreation. Ayahuasca has a traditional 'nickname' of 'La Purga', or 'The Purge', made in reference to its tendency to induce thorough physical expulsion. This, along with the presence of an MAOI, have consistently created for swim a relatively lethargic heir of activity. He believes he would have much trouble enjoying a night out with Ayahuasca, and recommends that even on a low dose, swiy plans to 'stay-in' for the night (so to speak). As for the validity of exploration on a lower dose, swim has had profoundly mind-altering experiences on low doses of orally ingested DMT w/ MAOI.

One can always do an extract on MHRB and get a very accurate dosage of pharmahuasca. If one does an extraction of Syrian Rue one can accurately dose that as well and avoid the purge from La Purga...but some feel that the purge is necessary for the medicine to work correctly.

SWIM would recommend making a normal brew then drinking it little by little and very slowly until the desired effects are reached.

Much easier on the stomach this way and easier than trying to predict the perfect dose for SWIY. Start small and work your way up.

Maybe SWIY would also like to smoke a little weed to fight nausea.
