Ever have that thing where you're lying in bed... half-awake,
half-asleep, and you can't move! Like, you're paralyzed, scared, and slightly hallucinating? It's known as Sleep Paralysis by the "experts", but the other night, this happened and I just let myself go. I saw myself lying on the bed and completely FROKE OUT! Is this truly an OBE? Anyone here have this thing at night? Should I keep doing it?
