Dose - Fentanyl mixed with pure heroin dose

Swim has got his hands on some pure 95% heroin and a bit of fentanyl.

he is going to make a mixture of both mixed with lactose he wanted to know if this mixture is safe to iv or smoke.

pure 95% h: 1200mgc
fentanyl: 600mgc

lactose: 48,200mgc

(fentanyl was diluted with lactose and filterd)
(then pure h was added to the filterd substance using common cutting method razor blade)

swim knows that there are people out there that say do not take more than 200-300mgc of fentaynl at time. But swim was thinking surely this does not mean the maximum amount when mixed with large quantity of lactose.

does any one think this will be a good mix or to deadly? be assured swim has mixed this properly.

Too deadly? Deadly is always too deadly.

The smallest mixing mistake makes this method deadly.
The dose is way beyond a relatively safe dose.
Plus, your calculations rely on the assumption that who ever would weigh out 50mg, would do so correctly and whoever takes the dose would only take one dose. I suspect that the person(s) who would use these doses would not be aware that they are taking a potential deadly drug like fentanyl.

What did you dilute the fentanyl in? Why did you dilute the lactose with it? What the heck did you filter!?!!?#@! If the lactose and fent were dissolved in the solution together then you wouldnt have anything to filter so I dont understand what your procedural was. A SUSPENSION??? That doesnt even make sense that would be horrificly inconcsistent, and since you say filtration then almost certainly you had particulate matter which means you had a suspension.

LACTOSE? Obviously you read that fentanyl synthesis on Rhodium where the douchebag author (who madeup the entire synthesis - its a lie) says to put lactose in a saucepan and stir in fentanyl solution. What the douchebag clearly didint realize (because he never actually TRIED that) was that once you get lactose wet and it dries it becomes a sugary sheet of glass and remains forever "sticky" even if you scrape and grind the glass down to a powder its a nasal clogging sticky fucker. No one likes the shit its disgusting.


The PROPER procedural SWIM developed after much trial and error for preparing fentanyls into properly dispersed powders is as follows;

FIRST, preheat your oven to NO GREATER than 60 degree celcius.

1) Dissolve fentanyl into distilled water (or preffered solvent) at the desired mcg/iu potency. SWIMs used 10mg/ml potency of 2OH4MeF (7-8x stronger than fentanyl) in distilled water - for preparing 100g bricks of 100% pure heroin-mimetic powder.

2) Purchase 100% pure INOSITOL powder (odorless/tasteless/very-soft) and put 20g into a bowl (doing more than 20g at a time can get tricky).

3) Add X amount of your solution made in step 1 to the powder in 1ml increments whisking the moisture thoroughly through the powder between additions. SWIM uses 4ml of 10mg/ml 2OH4MeF solution to 20g of inositol to get "best heroin I ever had" - some junkie.

4) When done thoroughly mixing the inositol in the bowl should have the consistency and appearance of crumbled feta cheese. Drop the contents into a sieve being held over a casserole dish and tap the seive evenly over the surface of the casserole dish. For the bigger chunks that dont tap through, press on them with a spoon and mush them through the sieve.

5) It should now look like powdered parmesean coating the surface of the casserole dish about 1-2mm deep. Plop casserole dish into a convection oven preheated to no greater than 60 celcius and leave in there for 5-10 minutes to dry (while waiting, prepare your next 20g increment).

6) Remove casserole dish from oven after 5-10 minutes and scrape the powder from the dish. It will now sort of resemble Morphine Micro-beads, little balls of powder but its very soft powder if u touch the balls they crumble, put these into a coffee grinder and grind down into a fine fluffy white powder. Voila.

7 - Further Adulteration) Once its been ground down into the fluffy white powder you can add X amount of heroin or other adulterant to X amount of the fenta-dope in the coffee grinder, and grind them thoroughly together.

SWIM has known people to slam heroin mixed with fentanyl. It is a very good way to overdose. Be careful or don't do it.
