Yet another query on shooting up.
Sometimes when SWIM puts the needle in his vein, blood gushes into the barrel, but how can this happen when the flow of blood is going up the arm and that is the way the needle is pointed? I apologize if this is confusing.

Re: Yet another query on shooting up.
Very high blood pressure would be SWIMs guess, perhaps due to a tie.

Re: Yet another query on shooting up.
It doesn't necesarilly have to be in an artery for blood to be forced into the barrel of the syringe. SWIM has had it while doing a proper injection into a vein as well. As mentioned above, it would probaply be due to raised blood pressure because of the tied of vein.

Re: Yet another query on shooting up.
Never had it happen, sounds like an artery to me, the colour of the blood will give it away, if it is bright red it's an artery, if not it should be a vein.
