Giganteum poppy dosage

Hi -

I usually go with chicks and hens, bought these for a change. In my excitement I ground up every one without first weighing it seedless. I know the dose is three medium pods but could someone tell me what a giganteum pod weighs?

I think the dose will be 5g? Anyone got an opinion?
