Opinions - has swim done long term damage to his brain (was "Help")

Swim been snorting for far too long i think. Been snorting about 10 years or more and never used to get so out my nut like cant talk and shit. do u think i've done long term damage to my brain?? Any advice please. think maybe it's time to give up!!!
