Who smokes all the dirty hash?

In Britain,there are a lot of people smoking soapbar and it must come here in large quantities. It is riddled with bits of plastic and who knows what else with some of the horrible smells that come from it. The "high" isn't very nice, it doesn't last long and a lot of that acrid, rubbery smoke needs to be ingested to achieve it. Mass-produced shite for the masses, has a cheek calling itself cannabis and is a health hazard. I just wondered if people smoke it in America or the rest of Europe or is it just britain that's getting laughed at round a big cauldron of diesel, anti-depressants, valium, woodstain and the roots from some male plants...
