Which has more adverse health effects: MDMA or LSD?

It's rather ironic, at least for SWIM, as SWIM will dose Acid any day (well, not everyday), but is sketched as fuck about MDMA/ecstasy. Acid has the Urban myths, which pretty much all are bullshit: strychnine used to get it to stick--the blotter paper is actually a form of absorbant water color paper, it stays in your spine--LSD is fully metabolized within 24 hours, etc. From what SWIM knows about MDMA/ecstasy (even pure MDMA) is that it can fuck with one's serotonin transporter.

SWIM went to his second rave, first SWIM was sober for most then stoned for the last hour, the second one SWIM was drunk. SWIM really wanted to dose, but no one had any, hell, SWIM asked some people in the bathroom for doses and they didn't even know what a dose was!

If SWIM is worried, is SWIM better off doing molly, or does cut ecstasy be it with heroin or meth make it better?
