hello all, is there an alternative way vs snorting (no needles)?

using the following calculations, one can determine the amount of a chemical ionized by ingestion. the remaining percentage is that absorbed. http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=43160 (though this is applied for LSD, it can be used for any substance) Since cocaine is an acidic salt with a pKa of 8.6, when it is absorbed by the stomach (pH 2.5), 0% is ionized. So theoretically, 100% of the cocaine is efficiently absorbed by oral ingestion, and using this logic, gelatin caps would be a sufficient alternative.

An obvious answer to the above solution is that the primary desired stimulation and euphoriant properties of cocaine are commonly (and arguably best) appreciated due to their rapid onset and intensity. The oral ingestion would provide a longer, more subtle intoxication, with less euphoriant properties.

Sublingual ingestion is somewhat common, and is known widely as 'gummy' intoxication. This is usually achieved with a small portion of the substance and results in a tingling sensation, as well as a mild 'buzz'. Technically, due to saliva's pH of ~6.5, there is a .6% rate of ionization, so this it is not as efficient. The .6% will most likely not be noticed.

Rectal dosing is highly inneficient, due to the high (and extremely variable) pH of the rectum, and is not recommended.

Swims girlfriend likes to do coke Sublingually, and he has always thought it was a waste of good coke. Swim will have to let her know that it actually is.

actually oromucosal (sublingual /buccal) absorption works quite well, but it's not very good for the mouth either. It's oral / swallowed cocaine, in gel caps or similar that faces the stomach acid issues.

Thanks for the info, I still refuse to try it orally. Maybe I'm just OCD, but if its not going up my nose, I feel like it's such a waste.
