Is MDA an impurity in MDMA crystals?

SWIM has tried MDMA crystals twice now, and is doing them again tommorow night NYE. He had quite a few hallucinations. They weren't everywhere or anything, but every now and again things will seem to move or bend and 3 or 4 times also saw things like staring at a light blue wall inside that had a window, and the wall turned to dark red brick and the window began looking like a window on the streets of New York or something, and in SWIMs mind the TV show "Becker" was being sorta thrown around my head. It was odd, a few other hallucinations have been sorta like that (Like talking to his mate and they'd start to get a facial structure like a type of Cartoon and it seemed more prelevant in his mind rather than visuals, but it did make me "think" it was visual.... extremely hard to explain) but anyway. SWIM heard that MDMA crystals are of course made through clandestine operations, but because it isn't scientists with 100% pure product, there will be impurities. Will MDA be an impurity in the manufacture of MDMA? What SWIM was told was that it was "MDMA".

MDA is the parent drug of MDMA, and has more visual/trippy effects then MDMA, but less lovey dovey feelings. Raving on MDA is unreal.

SWIM has 3 166mg capsules for tommorow night. He is giving one to his friend, who has never tried any drug besides weed and alcohol before.

Well, possibly. If you feel the effects of MDA though, it's simply more likely you've taken enough MDMA crystals for your body to start turning a percentage of it into MDA. This happens at higher doses, which is why higher dose MDMA is more "trippy".

That looks like some quite pure MDMA btw, hope you (or swiy whatever the fuck) had fun!
