ok so, swim bought this bag from mr. X dealer at a store parking lot, and squadcar oink rolled right up to us. swim went back to his vehical and ripped up the bag and dumped its contents on the floor mat just before mr. Oinkies apprehended me, swim is not sure how destroyed the dumped smackywhacky was destroyed (there
might of been moisture on the matt). Mr. X went running and mr. Oinker could not catch him, mr. X was apprehended 15 mins later by B team. during that time swim was in the back seat of an oinky car, first officer questioned swim harshly, swim said swim aint gots no shit and that swim will say nothing and want a lawyer (said that he was going let SWIM go until they became uncorroperative), he left and some other dude came on to SWIM with another tachtic of persuasion and swim told him everything (he also asked swim where Mr. X had his shit and it sounded like Mr. X hid it) blah. one min later swim saw Mr. X pushed to a different oinky car. they took swim to the justice center, swim did not see Mr. X after the parking lott which ppl told swim that means he got released.
anyways, The charged swim with a Hypodermic possession and a 8th drug possession. swim though he was spending all night in this horrible jail until swim 's court arraignment tomorrow morning until tonight a friend swim called 7 hours ago bailed swim out

ok so swim bought the hypo leggally at a rite aid (showing license) why did that count as a charge?? also swim know for a fact my poor mutilated dumped smack bag was no way an 8th. swim would greatly appreciate if anyone can give swim advice for tomorrow!!!! BTW not once was swim read his rites which made swim so confused that swim didnt know he was arrested besides the fact swim was handcuffed in the back of an oinky car reaking of becon, that swim might of incriminated himself by talking to the 2nd inquisitor. the fact that bail was set at 1grand, which is what swim's friend said swih paid, makes swim think they are going fuck me over.
