Health - Blood and Mucus in the Toilet!

SWIM took 400mg of DMT mixed in 3mL of olive oil and inserted it rectally. The trip was good, but the comedown was frightening. As SWIM began to come down, his stomach seemed to inflate and felt very distended. SWIM found himself hardly able to move, but he was able to manage to get to the toilet. Still unable to make sense of anything, he began to expel gas into the toilet along with a little water, but mostly blood and mucus. SWIM’s abdomen began to convulse as if he was going to vomit, but only more horrible things seemed to come out the back end of him. During this time, his abdomen was in terrible pain as he clutched himself, almost doubling over on the toilet. He felt cold all over, as if very sick. Even the DMT comedown feeling reminded of him of having a terrible disease like the flue. Once SWIM’s intestines appeared to stabilize, he went to bed only to be woken up several times to go expel more gas. However, the mucus and blood became less and less each time.

After an experience like this, SWIM will probably never want to touch this stuff ever again. He’s too afraid that it’s hurting him, especially after seeing so much blood and mucus on the tissue paper.

Boy that sounds like a frightening trip. When the intestines are irritated they will often produce mucous, like a runny nose, it's is quite normal but definitely not something that should be occurring consistently. Blood in the stool? Was it fresh blood? If so most likely a hemorrhoid, not a huge concern. It should heal. Now if it was occult blood, Blood that came from further up in your intestines, your stool would look darker, like uncooked liver, and you should go see a GI doc immediatly. Sorry I'm not trying to scare you. Very likely you just irritated your intestines and then the subsequent contractions started some slight bleeding.

The blood was very fresh (bright crimson) and SWIM has every reason to believe that it was an acute bleed as it stopped by the middle of the next day. Now that you mention it, the insertion was a tad on the painful side for SWIM, when it previously was not. SWIM has a doctor confirmed history of bleeding from hemorrhoids. Occult is negative, BTW. Perhaps the insertion caused trauma to the hemorrhoids.

This still does not explain the intestinal purge and chills, though. All SWIM can figure out is that the bleeding, cramps and mucous discharge were both caused by the DMT and/or it's administration. Both the mucus and the bleeding have stopped.

As for the trip itself, SWIM found it to be very enlightening and not at all frightening. SWIM found himself lost in a confusing world where nothing made any sense, but somehow his sense of self remained intact. SWIM began to laugh for no reason, experience body orgasm for no reason, and finally cry with great empathy over how much "water" regrets drowning people and flooding villages. SWIM also found out that somehow Christians are an ironic catalyst for the rise in popularity of drugs and homosexuality in modern society. SWIM even experienced a mock crucifixion. The question became, "Why did Jesus so willingly die like that?" The answer became, "To undo the actions that God regrets ever taking." Finally, SWIM realized that the intent and the reason for the DMT experience was originally intended to be the refuge of the psyche during childbirth. It was supposed to put women into a state of torpor, much like when a crocodile becomes harmless when it lays eggs. Somehow, we lost this attribute during our evolution.

No, the worst part was the comedown when the cramps, chills, blood and mucus started to hit SWIM really hard. The trip itself, though hard, was wonderful though exhausting.

the lining of your anus is easily torn,what did you use for administration? i dont see any long term problems ocuring here.

Well, Maybe swim shouldn't take dimitri up the ass. Dude there are other ways to take dimitri: you can smoke him! You can shoot him(not reccommended)! But why, why, would you put him up your ass? Also you should be fine in a few days, but you will also be sore for a few days.

because less DMT is needed and it provides a more intense effect.why is everyone so damn scared of intrabum-bum administration? its a great way to administer drugs.

SWIM has tried to smoke it, and he can't get past the harshness. It feels to swim like somebody put ice cold sand paper down his wind pipe. In short, it hurts SWIM like hell.

BTW, SWIM says that he's not sore after his experience. The purging was probably more horrible then the sight of the blood and mucus itself. The trick is to avoid the intestinal purge which can probably be done with lower dosing. SWIM took just over 400mg of the stuff, after all. That's a really high dose. When he did 125, he got a good trip (but not nearly as strong) and only had mild intestinal discomfort which was very short lived. SWIM must accept that large doses just really fuck up his colon for a while. He clearly should stick to smaller doses. SWIm wonders if DMT salt would be better for rectal dosing then free base.

SWIM wonders why you have such a personal problem with rectal dosing of medication?

if it were a serious and ongoing problem, then you would probably still have blood and snot coming out of your ass, so if its done then your body has probably healed itself.

Did you use the freebase or the salt? I'm guessing you did the standard the DMT extraction and used the freebase material. Bad idea, the freebase material s very harsh to mucous membranes (hence why you can't snort crack, or freebase DMT). If you want to engage in intranasal or rectal administration you need to convert the freebase DMT to a salt (in salt form it will not be smokeable).

SWIM used Marsfold, so yes it was the freebase. SWIM had thought about converting to salt after his experience. If the salt won't cause the irritation, then SWIM won't give up on DMT after all. SWIM has some homework to do!

SWIM doesn't care about smoking it, anyway, so he's fine with this.

Base is also harder to absorb in the colon, swim recommends that you should use lemon juice in water and then try to dissolve the dmt.

I think also other problems may occur with the purity of the DMT, there could be some NAOH traces in there.

SWIM assures that the DMT recovered was anhydrous magnesium sulfate filtered and recrystalized. The purity of product was without question.

SWIM believes that the negative reaction was to the freebase itself and will next time perform an acidification. Now, the question is, dose SWIM go with a citrate, chlorate or acetate salt and how much does he mix per mg of DMT for optimum results and maximum neutrality?

Sounds like a delightfully intresting expericence. Hope in the future things go better though i can definetly see why you would administer this way. Many believe its weird, but the effects are most certainly more direct and more intense.

I'd be interested in this method as taking it orally causes pretty severe nausea.

If you mix freebase with lemon juice it all dissolves but the resulting mixture is still pretty irritating to mucous membranes so I'm still not sure whether it would be safe up your butt.

DMT is very basic so it burns. Maybe that caused the bleeding?

Also, if it is true that anal DMT use requires much less DMT to be used for a powerfull, much longer trip.... Then why in fuck's name would SWIY Shove 400mg of DMT up SWIY's arse? Isn't that waaaaay too much DMT? If 60mg vaporised DMT is enough for a breakthrough, shouldn't 30 mg DMT anally more than easily do the trick? SWIY took 400 mg. Total overkill if you ask SWIM.

SWIM knows that 60 mg of vaporised DMT is enough to kick him deep into the other side. Maybe SWIY wouldn't have gotten sick and gotten bleedings if he/she had taken a somewhat normal dose of DMT. Like between 40 and 80 mg for vaporising, so probably far less when incerting it in your rectum.


400mg of DMT... Anally. What in God's name was SWIY trying to achieve?
