Health - DMT from vitamins

swim found an article which gave a combination of vitamins for which to naturally induce DMT production in swiu's brain. And he was wondering if this would actually work. Swim understands that DMT is a natural chem found in the brain and is released during lucid dreams and intense moments of meditation/de-ja-vu, but was currious if this is true or a load of steaming..... the combo given was

"the only legal way to trip on DMT, purchase the following:
MAOI (syrian rue) + 5-HTP + L-methionine (SAM works also) + B12 + B6 + folic acid = DMT."

there's a bit more on the subject but swims not sure how the forum feels about direct quoting from articles, in essence the 5-HTP converts to the tryptamine, which controls the amout at which one would trip, that the b12 should be of a "sublingual tab", and the b6 and folic should be 2x the recommended daily average.

swim was just hoping that swimmers out there may have heard of this or maybe some swimmer with knowledge of the body's metabolism could see this being a viable trip.......
