5 Hour Energy?
SWIM recommened that i drink 5 Hour Energy(sold at 7/11) the next day after popping. Is there any point to this?

SWIM sees nothing that would really come of this. All that is contained is mainly Caffeine, Taurine, Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12

it's probably recommended for the vitamins but SWIM could just as easily take a multivitamin before and after rolling to get a pre-load, post-load effect.
