Religious views on drugs - strictest?
OK, slightly strange quesitons here, but basically SWIM is writing a novel, or is in the planning stages.
The basic plot is there are a group of young adults (21-25) and they do a lot of drugs, and hear of a drugs mecca, they reach the mecca and its the best place ever - free drugs, and free accomodation, free food and evyerhting. However the place is a religious venue, whereby the 'hippy leaders' are infact religious devotees taking the war on drugs into their own hands, drugging up their victims, then abusing and killing them. In a similar sense of 'cleaninsing' as Nazi's in world war 2. Now, I need to know, what religion has the STRICTEST views against drugs, it is a British set novel, and so something that is seen in the UK. Also if anyone can point me in the direction of any religious anti-drug websites it would be very helpful. Thanks in advance. |
