First Time Cannabis Use, Breathing Problems

"Ok, I smoked marjuana for the first time last night. I noticed when I took big puffs it really burnt and I couldnt hold it in. Its not 3:00 PM the next day, and my throat is aching. I cannot talk, it literally does not come out... only whispers come out. its all raspy. I have drank alot. Also, last night I noticed when eating some pizza afterwords, it felt like my throat was really tight and i could feel the food going down. So right no i cannot talk, and I am going home from a friends tommorow. I am freaking out...
