off, need advise (opioids)

hi i been off (opioids) a few days, because i found myself changing and my attitude towards other people got really bad, like "i feel good, i dont give a f...". so i quit.

in another thread i read this, and for me, i agree with it:
"If you followed the instructions for the experiment, you now KNOW that opiates actually INDUCE anxiety, depression, helplessness & fear!"

so the thing is, i got slight (minor) anxiety, depression etc.. not "enough" for going to a therapy or even taking any ADs (the side-effects just overweigh the necessisity).. however, i know after "some" time you become "normal" again, or at least really close to what you been before your addiction (mood etc wise)
what do you think, how long does this take in average? cuz thats what im struggling with a lot right now.. i've been on a mix of everything for about 1,5 years, so not thaat long, and paused and always pretty low dosed and rather not-so-strong opioids like tramadol or codeine..
