well swim just found some hyrdrocodone he used to take, and the label reads 5/500.

how many would be a safe amount for swim to ingest? could a cwe be performed to take out the APAP?

also, what is the max APAP the body can consume in a day, because swim would want to be way below that.

With the APAP SWIM would say take 3 at most without CWE, but if SWIY does the CWE it should be alright. I think it might be around 4 grams?

Please do not snort this. The part that swiy wants to snort (the 5 mg of hydrocodone) is dwarfed by the acetaminophen content (500). That means that only .0099% of the pill contains what swiy wants.

Even moreso, the acetaminophen will clog up the sinuses and leave one with a horrible concrete drip. Gross.

As far as taking 3 pills: No problem. Depending on what you read, the largest single dose of acetaminophen should be 20-30 mg/kg. Also, try not to go over 4 g of acetaminophen per day.

Youll be fine with only 3 pills. Its just 1.5g of acetaminophen.
On the side of swims ottle and on erowid.com it says that taking more than recommended dose (3 for anybody with no liver problems) isnt a smart thing to do and may cause said problems. The max SWIY should take is 4000mg or 8X 5/500 pills in one day. SWIM took 9 pills before he knew about CWE and had serious problems and had to stop for about a month before going back on it. Just do the CWE on them.. Swim was sceptical at first and thought it might be to complicated, but to his suprise it was very easy.. Also if Swiy is truly that concerned about his liver then it is a good idea to CWE anyway.. Even if swiy do a fast and rushed CWE not concerned about the best yield possible, you will still be left with a huge glop of APAP in the filter when done.. This way Swiy can get more hydrocodone and less APAP.. Everyones a winner
