Empty Stomach vs Full Stomach

GHB effects are dramatically increased when you dose on an empty stomach, or dramatically decreased when you dose on full stomach.

This can lead to confusion, and can make the user dose higher than he/she should, leading to bad consequences.

For my pet, 3 grams GHB has little effect when dosing after a meal, but makes a great dose if he waits for 3 hours after a meal for dosing.

My pet has observed GHB is particularly affected by this, more than any other drug he's tried.

SWIM noticed that to! SWIM almost got knocked out once because SWIM had forgotten he did not have dinner that night..

This should be noted for pretty much ANY orally ingested substance. THC, Cactus, Kratom, you name it - empty stomachs will be far more effective than full. In the case of sedatives, this is extremely important to consider in order to avoid serious complications.

^^I disagree . Benzos and stims are rarely affected by stomach content IMO, most drugs do work faster and better on empty stomach, but the difference is not as great as it is with GHB.
Besides, SWIM found codeine to work better after a small meal and always takes stims on full stomach and never needed to up the dose.

also GHB seems more sensitive to food in the stomach than even GBL or 1,4B
