Strength comparison to adderall?

My body weight is 190lbs for starters. I took 50mg of ritalin(chewed them up) and didnt really know what to expect so i didnt know if i was feeling a rush, This may have been because I was sleddin after i took them. I usually take 90mg of adderall and feel attentive and ready to take on the day. What dosage of ritalin should i take if 90mg of adderall does the trick? Ive looked for a comparison table but had no luck.

theyre different chemicals, so a comparison chart wouldnt really work. it really depends on your body so i would experiment and start with a 30mg dose and work my way up until it feels similar. dont expect the euphoria though, it is much less prominent on ritalin than adderall.
