Adderall First

I have not been "officially" diagnosed with ADHD but the time finally came for me to try it. I'm in college and I had a final exam earlier. A lot of my friends have taken it to enhance studying/focus etc. I was really in need of something so I decided to try a 20mg pill. I took it at midnight, knowing it would keep me awake. I found studying and reading to be so much easier when using it, however, 5 hours later, I have found a very good reason not to do it ever again. At around 6am this morning, I started to become very tired but when trying to sleep found it impossible. I started getting dizzy, shaky, and my stomach was starting to hurt very bad. I'm in one of the most irritable moods I have ever been in. I feel awful right now and at this point do not think that I will be taking it ever again. Just thought I would share my experience with you guys.

your mistake was taking it at midnight. for conversation sake, let's say you normally go to bed at midnight. therefore, anytime after that point your mind and body will be fatigued-not a primo state to be in when trying to study. in a sense, stimulants will only compound this fatigue. of course they will give you extra energy, but it is extra energy that you don't have.

swim suggests taking adderall early in the day. do not let it disrupt your normal sleep patterns as you did. this way swiy is not pushing the limits of one's physical/mental capacity to the point of fatigue as you did. adderall has saved swim many a time during cramming sessions for exams. on the other hand, it has also hindered his abilities when pushing the limits during the wee hours of the morning. when this state of fatigue sets in, swim notices his vision crossing, confusion, inability to concentrate (exact opposite of he reason he took it), and of course he inability to sleep. after this point, swim sees it as impossible to keep studying and a waste of adderall.

swim has come up with his own comedown cocktail to help him fall asleep.
in no particular order:

1.smoke pot
2.tylenol pm's (only if u can get 8 hrs of sleep or else you prob won't be able to get up)
3.xanax/vallium if/when available (follow same directions as # 2)
4.force yourself to eat
5.masterbation
6.smoke more pot
7.jerk off again

Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine is available OTC in the US, and it's pretty effective as a sleep aid, but only for a few nights, and it can leave SWIY groggy.

diphenhydramine hcl is the active ingredient in tylenol pm's.

pshhh swiyouguys are crazy, it works just fine for this female swim
also, if swiy doesnt have any benzos or xanax, a good beer is a fine replacement IMO

really? ive found alcohol to have almost no effect when tweaked
