5mg quick release oxycontin-how long does it stay...

SWIM recently took a 5mg quick release oxycontin and is on the methadone clinic that gives urine tests...how long will this stay in SWIM's system and is there any way to "hurry it up" other than lots of H2O? What about grapefruit juice SWIM's clinic says not to drink this because it flush's out the methadone so would it do the same to oxy's? Please any help SWIM would appreciate I'm sure...

and yes SWIM learned their lesson..
