fentanyl

ok swim has searched his ass off and cant seem to get a straight answer. swim has .5 of a mylan 2.55mg (25mcg/hr) patch as a result of eating some and then getting scared and spitting it out and then eating more and so on. swims tolerance is such that 30-40mg oral oc gives a nice buzz. if swim wants to put this patch under his tongue, how much will give a nice buzz but nowhere close to a near death od experience?

thanks

Re: fentanyl

SWIM has been using and abusing fentanyl patches for about 9 months now and has found the following a good way of getting high while still getting some pain relief when needed. SWIM is prescribed 2 * 25mcg Fentanyl patches (Durogesic DTrans) so reecieves a total of 20 * 25mcg patches per month. SWIM wears 1 patch usually for 4 or 5 days rather than 3 days, this leaves around 10 patches for recreation. SWIM folds the patches in half long ways and places it between lip and upper jaw gum or beneath tongue. This gives a nice high after about an hour and SWIM keeps patch in position for 5 to 8 hours, after this time the effects are fading. SWIM finds it very tempting to slip another patch in and has done so often with no bad effects. After using the patch like this there is still a considerable amount of Fentanyl left in the patch so SWIM puts the patch back in it's wrapper and they can then be used later for low level pain relief.

SWIM is very tolerant to opiates now after many years of prescription use. SWIM started abusing these patches with the 12.5mcg doses and has built up to current usage.
