Plant food export - storm brewing?

SWIM is posting this here as it may effect more than just the U.S.

SWIM is not from the U.S. but has noticed on forums that people from the USA are importing those very popular legal highs advertised as plant food. I.e countries where they are being sold (not just made) are happily shipping them. (SWIM is no lawyer but from countries where they may have some legal power)

Does any other SWIY think this is a serious legal storm brewing?

# The famous research chemical busts demonstrated clearly that if needed the analogue law will be stretched as needed.

# Wasn't that guy selling pot seeds from canada (I'm not sure of the latest news) being extradited at one point even though he lived in canada and was only shipping seeds to USA. (?)

^ Those two bit of information would lead SWIM to conclude - this might not be taken lightly. (?)

Especially as the products are ACTUALLY tablets, which is one step closer to "human consumption" than "research chemical powder" (Even if they are advertised as plant food).

Also the ingredients although not 100% known are most likely of the same magnitude as the once sold research chemicals. I.e it's not some herbal extract made of ephedrine + caffeine.

Any opinions?
